Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At NatureWins (Pvt) Ltd, also known as Vannicashew, we strive to provide high-quality cashew products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods such as cashew nuts and other food products
- Gift cards
- Any opened or used food products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any cashew product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 – 10 of working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.naturewins@gmail.com and mail your item to:

Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
